      How to care

After each use, immediately wash your knife by hand, never in the dishwasher, and dry it with a clean cloth. Always use a cutting base made of softwood or plastic. Avoid cutting directly on glass, stone... If you do not use your knife for a long time, lubricate it lightly with oil and store it in a dry place. It avoids very humid environments as they may destroy the blade, change the shape of the wood and deform the leather cover. When transporting, always use the blade guard.
