Returns and Exchanges

Suppose you are not fully satisfied with our products. In that case, we are happy to offer you a full refund (shipping costs are not included) on all orders within 14 days, as long as the products were not used and are in their original condition. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

To return an item please send us an email to: info@indagatiostore.com and tell us your order number and what items you want to return.

We will get back to you with all the necessary instructions.

Sending the items for return is the responsibility of the customer, which must be done through a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. We are not responsible for the loss of orders, the shipment being the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or delivery service chosen by the customer.

The customer should only send his order for return after contacting us by email and waiting for our instructions.
