Where are you from?
We are a Portuguese brand located in the North of Portugal.
Is there any physical store?
No, for now, our products are only available on our website, but soon we'll have some news :)
What is "the wolf pack"?
The wolf pack is our family, friends, and clients - wolves that helped us along the way, and we are so thankful for all of them. All of their stories made us grow and think about the purpose of all this, and at the same time, we are constantly readjusting our path. Between many dreams, we want to create a community that spreads goodness, shares knowledge, and unites people and their stories. Aiming to make memories, touch, and inspire someone to act.

How can I receive a promo code?
Currently, we offer discounts on an occasional basis. Stay tuned to our newsletter and social media so you don't miss any opportunity.
Where do I enter my promo code?
Introduce your code at the checkout in the "Discount code" box and click "Apply." You will see the discount being applied to the total amount.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order by choosing any of the following methods (to be selected during the checkout process): Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Multibanco Reference, and MBWay (these last two for Portugal only)
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by emailing us at info@indagatiostore.com, stating that you would like to cancel your parcel and providing your order number. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. Otherwise, we will proceed with the refund process as soon as possible.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
How much does shipping cost?
INDAGATIO charges €5.00 shipping per order for Portugal, €10.00 shipping per order for European countries in Zone 2, €15.00 shipping per order for European countries in Zone 3, €30.00 for European countries in Zone 4, and €50.00 for the USA and Canada.
Zone 2 includes: Austria, Belgium, Spain, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Zone 3 includes: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Sweden.
Zone 4 includes: Bulgaria, Croatia, Luxembourg, Romania, United Kingdom and Norway.
For bulky items, such as the picnic basket, the shipping cost may vary due to volumetric weight.
Please note that for countries with customs regulations, items may be subject to customs taxes and fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
When will my order ship and arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days after the order is placed.
For handmade products, shipping may take up to 12 business days.
Transit times will vary depending on your location, but please allow 1-5 business days within the European Union. For North America, transit time may vary from 5 to 10 business days.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, our returns and exchanges are simple. We only ask you to treat our products with respect until you change or return them.

Are there any costs to return or exchange a product?
Yes, the cost of shipping the item for exchange or return is the customer's responsibility. The intention to return or exchange any item must be communicated in advance to Indagatio, and then the item should be sent by the customer via mail with a tracking number.

How long does the exchange and/or return process take?
The duration of the process will depend on the length of time the package arrives to us so that we can confirm the state of the product. After analyzing the product conditions, we'll proceed with the refund or exchange. This process can take 1 - 2 weeks, but we'll try to make it as brief as possible for you.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes, we are shipping again to the UK. Due to it being considered an export, the shipping cost is €30, which includes some fees. However, please be aware that there may be additional customs charges upon arrival in the UK, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Which countries do you ship to?
INDAGATIO ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, USA, and Canada.
How can I know the status of my order?
A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. If, by any chance, you can’t track your package on the courier website, please contact us at info@indagatiostore.com :)
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please email us at info@indagatiostore.com with pictures and your order details, and we'll be back to you as soon as possible.
Our products
Where are your products made?
We only produce in Portugal.
What materials do you use?
We usually do small and conscious productions with materials we give a second life, but we privilege the natural materials of the best quality, such as wool, cotton, organic cotton, and leather.These are also materials with minor harm to the environment.
How can I take care of my products?
Mainly we recommend hand-washing our products or choosing the delicate program of your washing machine, but you can know everything about it here.
When do you restock products?
That is the question we get the most, and the truth is that we don't know. Due to our working method, we cannot say we'll have the same products again.
We produce as Nature flows, and since we use materials that supposedly will not have a new life, we only make the units that this material allows us to do.
To be sure if we'll have the identical product, we have to wait and see if our partners will receive the same fabric again. That's why our products are so unique :)
Do you produce customized products?
Currently, all items feature handmade personalization with the three embroidered crosses. Other products are made entirely by hand, either by Patrícia, or by Portuguese artisans.
