Egg Apron Gallus gallus domesticus
Gallus gallus domesticus is the scientific name given to the chicken, descendant of the ancient birds that once inhabited our fields. It represents the Portuguese native breeds: rustic, resilient and faithful to their place. Shaped by time and by the knowledge of those who live close to the land, they inspired this apron, made to last and to serve with simplicity and purpose.
Handmade by Patrícia, it combines the strength of cotton twill with compartments and a waist strap crafted from a cut of the brand’s official fabric, ensuring that no two aprons are ever the same.
The waist design gives you full freedom of movement, while the ten pockets hold and protect the eggs. At the back, a large pocket offers extra space, perfect for carrying whatever the day requires, from small tools to what you bring in from the garden.
